  Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone to initiate your return request and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your device in its original box and arrange for a courier collection or drop it off at any iSTYLE retail location across Lebanon.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the product's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days using your original payment method.
